Mix dye and pour into bowls. Fill one bowl with clean water.

Dip paintbrush into first dye color.

Brush first color onto toe section shoe.

Dip brush in clean water and brush over dyed section, pulling color towards middle of shoe.

Clean brush and load with second dye color. Brush onto back half of shoe.

Dip brush in clean water and use to blend second color towards first color.
